DR. MINDBENDER

Dr. Mindbender serves Cobra as a debuffer, specializing in weakening enemies rather than directly supporting allies. Moving strategically around the battlefield, he disrupts the Joes’ focus, even causing them to turn on each other in confusion. While not particularly resilient, getting close to eliminate him is a true headache for the Joes.

 

Dr. Mindbender doesn’t think he’s deluded – he feels he used to be. Now that he has seen the light, or the dark if you will, he feels it is his personal mission to bring the miracle of thought control to each and every one of you!
